  1. The HairProHairCo Rewards Points Program is operated by HairProHairCo – the hair product company and its affiliates (we, us or our). By participating in our Rewards Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

How do I join the Rewards Program?

  1. To join our Rewards Program, you must first sign up for an account at by making any purchase that allows you to earn rewards points.
  2. You can earn points on eligible purchases immediately; however, to redeem points, you must register your email address by completing and submitting the account form online when you make a purchase. You must OPT-IN, to create an account when you are in the checkout phase of your purchase.
  3. Once you have registered for an account, you will receive login information for your online account where you can set a password and view your point’s balance and transaction history. You are responsible for all activity on your account, so please keep your login and password confidential.

How do I earn points?

  1. You earn points by purchasing eligible products online at HairProHairCo you can earn points
  2. The number of points you earn depends on a number of factors, the price of the product, whether a promotion is running for a particular product, spot point give allocation and point promotions.

How do I redeem points?

  1. Before you can redeem points, you must first register to earn points. See point 3 above.
  2. To be eligible to earn points and redeem points you have a registered account. When you are in your cart, you will receive a prompt asking you whether you would like to redeem points to apply them as a discount.
  3. You cannot redeem or exchange your points for cash. You cannot sell or transfer your points to anyone.

What happens if I lose my account password?

  1. Lost passwords for accounts, you can reset your password by requesting a new one via the reset link.

What else do I need to know?

  1. We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Points Rewards Program if you do not use your account to earn or redeem points for 12 consecutive months, or if we believe that you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

  3. We may discontinue our Rewards Program at any time in our sole discretion with no liability to you. If we do so, we will publish a notice on our website and/or email you to let you know.

We may change the Rewards Program, including the number of points allocated to products, how points are earned/ redeemed, and can change these Terms and Conditions at any time, or add new terms or conditions.
