30 DAY RETURNS GUARANTEE
Our 30 day money back guarantee is unique to HairProHairCo. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange an item you can send your item(s) back to HairProHairCo for a store credit. This is provided that the goods are still in their original packaging of unused and brand new quality. All our liquid products are safety and tamper proof sealed and must return in this manner. Please email our Customer Service Team who will advise you of the process and assist you with organising your return.
INCORRECT/ FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received an incorrect or faulty product please notify us by email: email@example.com within 48 hours. Please return the item within 7 days of receipt of your goods. If you have received an incorrect/ faulty product then we will supply a replacement at our cost once the incorrect/ faulty product has been returned and received by us within 7 days. If the original product is no longer available we will offer you an alternative or a refund covering the cost of the product. All electrical items come with a minimum national 1 year manufacturers warranty. Should an electrical item you have purchased from us within its warranty period require repair, HairProHairCo will cover shipping costs. In some cases manufacturers handle warranty issues themselves in which case we can provide you with the relevant information.
Due to Occupational Health & Safety reasons, Cosmetics, Scissors, Hair Care Products and Body Jewellery cannot be returned once opened.
The following conditions apply to return items:
- Products must return unused and unopened in original packaging.
- Products must arrive in new condition with no damage.
- A Return Authorisation (R.A) must be obtained from our Customer Service Team before any items are sent back.
- Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping fees paid cannot be credited.
- Credits are at the discretion of the manager and will be applied on a case by case basis.
GOODS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
We pack and ship your items with the greatest of care, however once in transit with our shipping carriers your parcel is beyond our control.
We make every effort to ensure our products arrive in good condition; however we cannot take responsibility for the performance of any deliver company selected to deliver your goods.
Should your order not arrive in the relevant time period for your location, please contact our team at Customer Service. HairProHairCo will launch an audit with our shipping carriers on your behalf. If your parcel cannot be located customers accept that HairProHairCo and its carriers will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit and the items will not be replaced, reshipped or refunded.
